High Speed Juice Stand-up Pouch Packing

This case is a fully automatic packaging production line designed specifically for juice self standing bags. This production line uses a total of 5 Atomrobot high-speed parallel robots, with a production speed setting of ≥ 60 bags/minute and an accuracy control of ± 2 millimeters.

This fully automatic packing scheme is designed for the “fast” and “precise” mass production of light and small scattered materials. It implements automated packing operations based on pre-set parameters, which can run separately or be connected in parallel with the front-end production process, truly achieving an integrated production line. For food enterprises, this plan can efficiently achieve machine replacement, improve production efficiency, and has strong practicality. The overall operation of the project is simple, stable, and the structure is compact, greatly improving the utilization rate of factory space.

The project focuses on intelligent automatic packaging equipment as the core, and achieves automated applications such as automatic positioning, detection, alignment, boxing, and weighing in the production process of fruit juice self standing bags through high-speed parallel robots equipped with sensors, automatic conveyor lines, etc.

The juice poured into the stand-up pouch is uniformly transported by the conveyor line to the working area below the As Atomrobot high-speed parallel robot. The cardboard boxes are synchronously sent to the bottom of the robot through the unboxing machine and conveyor wheels. The incoming materials are detected and recognized by sensors, and the blocking mechanism is activated. The cardboard boxes stop at the feeding position, and the stand-up pouch is divided into three equally spaced rows of incoming materials (with a linear speed of 375mm/s and a feeding rate of 300ppm/min). Through customized suction cups, 1-2 materials are grabbed at a time and placed in an orderly manner in the first specification (4 bags * 6 layers} of cardboard boxes). In the project, each robot releases materials at a rate of ≥ 60 bags/min, with a total feeding rate of 300 bags/min. Conveying materials. It is worth mentioning that when the robot leaks suction, it will pause counting until the material is reabsorbed before starting counting again.
