Cup filled milk in tray
Scattered cup filled milk is conveyed by a conveyor belt to a sorting machine for material sorting after being processed by a spiral. It is recognized and detected by sensors, and then tracked and picked up by a robotic arm at a fixed point. The automatic insertion and sorting process is completed automatically.
Tetra Pak Packaging
After being discharged by the packaging machine, the Tetra Pak pillow is transported by a conveyor belt to the bottom of the robot. It is positioned and recognized by sensors, and the robot hand tracks and grabs it at a fixed point before placing it into the cardboard box. Once the box is full, it enters the next cycle.
Ice cream Packaging
The packaged ice cream is transported by a conveyor belt to the bottom of the robot, where it is recognized and positioned by sensors. The robotic arm tracks and grabs it at a fixed point and places it into the cardboard box. Once the box is full, it enters the next cycle.
